The villa is a three storey, 4 bedroomed (3 bathrooms) semi-detached house sharing a swimming pool in the hills to the west of Platja de Pals with wonderful views of the lush fertile Emporia Valley in which the beautiful village of 'Old Pals' is situated.
There are an endless number of inexpensive but good quality restaurants to choose from with a wide variety of local and international cuisine.

It is one of a group of ten properties that share a pool and garden area close to the beaches; the closest beach at El Roco, Platja de Pals is a 500m walk with beaches at Aigua Frieda, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aigua Blava a 5-10 minute car ride away. Begur and Pals, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees and bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, enjoys a year round more temperate climate than Southern Spain.

There are seven golf courses within a short drive of the house, all of which offer challenging sport for the experienced while also providing extremely pleasurable golf for the high handicap player. The setting of the Catalonian courses are stunning, with views of the Mediterranean to the east and the snow capped Pyrenees to the north.
