The villa is situated in a small residential area between the village of Pals and Pals beach. The beach is 3 kms away. There is a local supermarket, patisserie, restaurant and pharmacy all within a 5 minute walk. The villa has a large L shaped terrace, complete with awnings and gazebo, ideal for outdoor eating, also a barbecue. From the terrace there are 6 wooden sleepers/steps to grass area and swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps and a slide. There is ample parking in the villa.
